LaSondra Jackson
PRESIDENT, FOUNDER
LaSondra Jackson is a certified etiquette consultant. She is a wife and mother of four, two daughters and two sons. She has taken psychology, sociology, and social work classes geared toward family and children. She has worked at the Boys and Girls Club as a director in Lubbock, TX. In her downtime, while enrolled at UTA, LaSondra volunteered at Girls Inc. in Arlington, TX. She assisted with children and their activities. She also worked as a substitute teacher in the Arlington school district for three years. LaSondra Jackson is dedicated to empowering as many young girls and young women as she can to encourage them not to look at their situation but to look towards their future.
AJ Jackson
Vice President , CO-FOUNDER
AJ Jackson is the husband of LaSondra Jackson. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. AJ is currently an Engineer in Training with many certifications in various disciplines. Prior to college, AJ worked for an organization called Planet Kidz for several years. During his involvement, he organized various group activities to keep children active, entertained, and inspired. He has tutored young pupils of all ages at local Boys and Girls Clubs, churches, and other community centers. AJ has a strong suit for maintaining a child’s attention in small or large settings of many ages. He loves inspiring young children and encouraging them on the importance of staying focus, striving for greatness, and working with one another. AJ is very versatile and has worked with kids of various personalities, attitudes, and cultures. His number one priority is keeping children safe in a loving Christian environment.
Darron Banks

Darron Banks is an Architect Graduate from Texas Tech University specializing in architectural design. He currently has a design firm called Intuitive Approach, LLC. He tutored kids with a company called Group Excellence in DISD. He currently teaches Juvenile Academic Intervention Classes, which includes the classes: Theft, Life Skills, Truancy, Anger Management, and Drug and Alcohol Awareness. While in college, he also volunteered as a tutor for the Boys and Girls club. Mr. Banks is married to Angela Banks and has a son and a daughter.
Courtney Banks
sECRETARY
Dr. Courtney Swisher Banks received her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Texas A&M University with a specialization in Prevention Science. She is currently an Assistant Professor of School Psychology and Director of the Family Collaboration in Tired School Supports (FaCTS2) Lab. She has experience in the public school system as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, Special Education Teacher, and a Special Education Counselor. Dr. Banks’ research focuses on building home and school collaborations in behavioral interventions. Courtney Banks is married to Eric Banks and has two daughters and a son.
