LaSondra Jackson has always served the young girls in her community during her down time for many years. This nonprofit was inspired by her daughter. She was born with cranial facial syndrome. Despite everything, she is growing to be a very motivated and highly confident young adolescence. In addition to her determined spirit, she is also a very bright and beautiful individual with an amazing personality. 

Mrs. Jackson decided to start a nonprofit organization geared toward young girls/ladies to not only empower them but also inspire them by demonstrating that royalty is not dignified by where you come, how you look, nor what situation you are in. Royalty is defined by the manner in which you carry yourself. Despite the situation, you are always able to present yourself in a mannerable and confidence way.
